Nickelback video...

Okay...I was wondering if that was her at the end of the video for Savin' Me. Like when that guy saves the girl from the thing falling on her car. She looked a lot like Sandrine.

Any help here?

i guess no one listens to nickleback.. (you shouldn't either!) :)

Definitely looks like her. As for listening to Nickelback, they've got some pretty good music, and I say this as someone who grew up with and prefers rock from the late '60s and '70s; many similarities, really, between Nickelback and groups like the Guess Who, Badfinger, BTO, etc.

I just rewatched the video myself and I can tell you that the woman who is saved not Sandrine and doesn't look like her. Trust me, after watching "Century Hotel", "Resident Evil: Apocolypse", "Starship Troopers 2", "Black Robe", the pilot of "Once a Thief", the DVD edited two-episode-to-TV movie "Once a Thief: Brother Against Brother", the BMW Canada short film "Mr. Jones: Drive" and "Lozing Jezebel" on a regular basis (though I own a copy of "Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever", I don't watch the film a whole lot), I can spot Sandrine and tell that it's her with 100% sureness.

I know, I'm sounding like I'm becoming a crazy fan or something like that, but I'm not becoming like that. I just happen to like Sandrine Holt's performances (and I think she's actually one of the few very talented and most overlooked actresses in Hollywood, next to Elina Löwensohn {amongst others}). Plus, she's pretty much the model of a character that is a part of a series of stories I've come up with (I won't bore you with details on the story series, but I do plan on trying to submit the first story I've written, which features the character at the end, after I get done moving into my new apartment).

But this one's eatting my popcorn!

Pretty sure you're right, but there isn't a listing of video credits here. It said in her background here that she was born in England, and raised in Canada. Nickelback is from Canada. I actually have a copy of their video on my desktop and cued it up to the spot where she was being rescued at the end, and pretty sure it's her. I just saw her on 24 today, as we're watching that season. Her background reminds me of a guy I'd dated eons ago who was French, Indian, Chinese and Spanish. Eurasians and Filipino actors are often cast as multiple ethnicities as they have similar looks. This one actor that used to be in Lorenzo Lama's "Renegade" series was cast as Asian, Filipino, Indian, etc. When I was trying to break into film acting in the 90s, the acting coach said that it was getting really easy to cast ethnicities that were not caucasian like myself, as they could fit into many areas.
