What ever happened to Olivia Benson's half-brother on SVU? I saw an episode where they met, and he was suspected of being a rapist, but the trial itself was not shown.

So did he get prosecuted, or off the hook and try to change his ways? Was he even the perpetrator? I only saw the episode where they introduced him. Clearly he's still alive, unless he was killed last season.

Never mind, I see on here that she proved his innocence, and that they maintained their relationship. It must have been quite a shock to him to find out that his dad was a rapist, and then for him to be falsely accused.
