Each time I see Mariska interviewed I tend to like her even more. She really comes across as a nice caring person and not a stuck up snob. She also tends to be pretty funny on talk shows. Perhaps either in between SVU seasons or once the show is done she should try something more light hearted. But you wonder how much success she'll have post SVU because most viewers might want to think of her as nothing but Olivia Benson.
