Hardin looks terrible with all that excess makeup. She's best with no or little makeup. Just take a look at her in The Office Seasons 2-4 (where she looks great) and to the current pictures of her (all that make up, yuck).

shareYeah I saw her yesterday in the NBC store (Rockefeller Center) where she was at a table signing things. My friends and I all said that she's very pretty up close, but she was wearing a ton of makeup!

I agree she looks hot with little make-up...looking at the pictures with all that make-up makes her look like a hoar...(sorry in advance) some women just look better with little make-up on.
