You can't recognize it because it has not been released yet . It's "Notre Jour Viendra" (Our day will come) from Romain Gavras. Il will be for the first time on the screens in september.

subtitles are much better than dubbing. Actor's voice is a big part of the performance, I don't want to listen to some other douchebag's voice over the real thing.
