Appearance in BBC documentary

I'm looking for a clip on YouTube that I saw once before and I remember it had Ewen Bremner in it. It was a BBC documentary about Scotland, and in the intro the host, who was an older, grey-haired Englishman, gave an overview of the country, he mentioned the "secret shame" of sectarianism with a some shots of Glaswegian soccer violence, there was a part with famous Scottish women describing rather poetically the weather up there (I remember "smirr" was mentioned), and then he focused on Edinburgh as a UNESCO Literature Capital. That's when a montage of famous Scottish males started, and they were reciting "Is There for Honest Poverty" by Robert Burns (a.k.a. "A Man's a Man for A' That"). I remember seeing Bremner in this segment, and I really want to find the clip because although the recitation was not very emotive, the montage was cinematic and compelling. I don't watch British TV very much so I don't have a lot to go on, like the name of the host or the title of the show. Can anyone help?
