Yes her american accent is spot on. The first time i heard her speak in her native english accent i was blown away!

' Rose ' is from New Zealand.

It's "would have", not "would of".

After watching The Wonder Years never would of guessed she was from the UK

Psssttt..."would of" doesn't work. You're thinking of "would've" which is the contraction of "would have".
As in you would've guessed. 

I know I would've liked to have gone a round or two (or 3 or more if she was good at it) with her when I saw her in "Wonder Years. Yes I would have.... 
