How come she's never on any of the ER DVD covers?
That's not fair, she was one of the semi-original cast of ER. They should put her on the cover!

except for Season 7, she was on the cover i think.

She's on the back cover of season 7 and the front cover of season 8. She has pic on the inside with the episode summaries for season 7 (with Carter from the Greatest of Gifts) and two on the inside episode summaries for season 8 (one from Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magic and another with Pratt from Brothers and Sisters).
