Standup any good?

He did standup last night on Fallon. I didn't laugh once. The audience didn't laugh a whole lot either. It was sad.

I came here to see if anyone had made a comment about his appearance on Fallon. It was pretty sad....very quiet in the audience. I don't know what his stand up was like back in the day, so I have nothing to compare it to. I only know his work from TV and movies. The only time the audience reacted to Damon was when Fallon went to greet him at the end of his set. I wonder how comedians feel when they get a low energy from the audience during their performance. Poor guy.

Well his standup tour are those exact jokes so I don't know whether he thinks they're good, doesn't care, or just can't write better material.

Saw him in Seattle nov, 5th. Had its moments. Hadn't heard any his views on Cosby until then and the room was almost dead silent when he was talking about it. Then went on to say Bruce Jenner was becoming a woman to promote a tv show. Which also was met with little to no laughs. Did have some genuinely funny stuff after that talking about his younger life before show biz. Parents and family. The classic white people are lame and black people are cool bit. Did some old characters from in living color, and some funny stuff about being a grandpa. Overall I'd give it a C+.
