"You were afraid I was going to cleave you?"

I've been a big Nancy fan for many years, ever since I saw her in So I Married An Axe Murderer. I don't think I've ever wanted to change my name as much as when I hear her say "Come to me, Charlie!" in that film. Following that little gem, I searched her out in many more films over the next few years - she was wonderful in Internal Affairs as Andy Garcia's arty wife, did well in a remake of The Vanishing and was cute as hell in Greedy.

Gorgeous woman, with a very sweet nature and wonderfully curly hair! It's a shame her resume is so full of simple light comedy material, but nevertheless Nancy's made plenty of fun films for her fans to enjoy.

p.s. male/lesbian fans, make sure you watch her in Married To The Mob.

Thanks for the info Jen! I loved her in Axe Murderer and hadn't seen her in anything else till I caught The Vanishing on TV one night. She was awesome in it! I really want to see her in more movies.

^^ She talks about So I Married an Axe Murderer (which she IS great in) here, in the interview above. Married to the Mob too. For all the focus on Michelle Pfeiffer in that film, nancy really is great in it...
