Has anyone met Partick? What did you think of him?

I met him last weekend and thought he was a pretty decent guy. He was at the London Film and Comic Con. We chatted while he signed my autograph and he seemed in a joyfull mood.

Partick? As in the football team Partick Thistle? lol, sorry just joking. You are soooo lucky to have met him. I only found about the Film and Comic con when it was too late and I didn't have any money to go.

I saw him today standing at the bar at the Duke of York's Theatre chatting away with the girl on the bar. He seemed like a genuinely nice man, and was just chatting and joking with her happily!

I met him around 1989 (he came into my store in Beverly Hills, with, I think, his first wife) and I was struck by how utterly charming and gracious he was. And his wife had quite a sense of humor, as well.

I saw him in Macbeth last winter in London, he signed my programme at Stage Door after the show, he was very kind as it was freezing and he signed everyone's! He said it had been too long a day to take photos though! lol
I was quite tongue-tied, couldn't say a damn thing!

Probably only Texas. This and lack of head hair are the only two common things we have in common.

I met him at the Westside Pavilion in '87, about a month or two before TNG premiered. He had his whole family with him, and they were all quite surprised that I'd recognized him from Excalibur & Life Force.
Patrick was really cool, especially when I asked him, "...and aren't you in that new version of Star Trek that's coming on soon?"
