Encounters with the wicked Patrick Stewart

I was just reminded about this now. A few years ago I was with my father at this restaurant in New York City called Milos.

Patrick was there with his wife (and woody Allen and his wife who were in another part of the restaurant).

My father was a huge fan in and out of his star track roles. He normally never greets celebirties but he did this time.

At his table my dad told him this:

"Congratulations on the wedding"

"I saw you in Macbeth a couple years ago and thought you were great"

"I am a huge fan of yours and love your work"

"Can I have a photo after dinner?"

Patrick and his wife ignored my father and went on with the discussion as if he was never there. Not a response of no even to the photo. He and his wife acted pompous beyond belief. They disregards he man standing at their table completely.

your father is extremely fortunate Sir Patrick chose to ignore his intruding presence, as opposed to giving him a severe beating right there in the restaurant which your father richly deserved

reply

exactly. one wonders what Sir Patrick could have done under different circumstances.

a full force blow to the solar plexus, instantly immobilizing the intruding presence of the deranged man. then an open palmed strike to the mans nose, breaking it. And finally a swift but powerful rabbit punch to the back of the neck. then Sir Patrick reassumes his seat and enjoys the remainder of his meal as security remove the rude mans unconscious (possibly deceased) body

reply

he must have thought your father was just a holographic character and there's no point acknowledging holographic characters.
it's like saying thank you to the replicator which serves him tea

reply

bet the OPs father wishes he could've beamed out of there lol

reply

Patrick taps his comm badge under his jacket 'Sir Patrick to Security. Intruder alert. table 6. send a team . make it so'

Your story is so not believable.
Do you go around making up stuff because you're in need of attention?

"Can I have a photo after dinner?"
Perhaps Mr. Stewart was not impressed by his grammar?

reply

That's what often happens when you interrupt people's conversations...

I don't care if you're somebody's biggest fan in the whole world; if you respect them so much, then SHOW it by not disturbing them when they are otherwise engaged!

"Your mother puts license plates in your underwear? How do you sit?!"
