This man never ages.
If anyone goes way back to watching Star Trek: TNG and compare it to how Stewart looks in his most recent works...he just simply does not appear to ever age!

shareI was SHOCKED to find out that the captain I grew up watching was only 47 at the time.
Then again, I get mistaken for being more than a decade older than I actually am, so perhaps it's not all that uncommon to get older quickly, then freeze.
You're one of the very few people on the internet that will admit to something like that. The typical internet user claims to look 25 years younger than their actual age yet none ever back it up with photos.
shareYou can go back even further than that. Check out Dune. He looks the same in that too.
shareWell... they made him look younger by digital video manipulation in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. At least, as far as I know.

He appeared as Sejanus in four episodes of the miniseries "I, Claudius" (vintage 1976!). Looks about the same age as he did when he filmed "Dune" or "Next Gen" or "X-Men".
Age is just a number and his seems to be unlisted.
