Jimmy Smits is crap in Star Wars

He is. The guy who played captain Panaka in Episode One at least played his role with conviction and gusto, Smits is lost in Revenge Of The Sith and can't even PRETEND well let alone ACT beside an imaginery Yoda that will be later CGI'd in.

The man is a crap actor.

He IS NOT a crap actor! I have enjoyed The West Wing, NYPD Blue, The Tommyknockers with him (and more). And I would never call him a crap actor!

wait...he was in STAR WARS???? WHERE??

He's Senator Bail Organa also known as Leia's adopted father.
He's in Attack of the clones for a while and is the guy next to the Emperor who looks really disheartened when the Clones are taking off at the end (actually the way he lightly punches the balcony pretty much sums up all the characters moods at the end of the film, brilliant)
He's in Revenge of the Sith for quite a bit especially at the end.
Obviously he was too young to be in A New Hope but his character gets killed when the Death Star blows up Alderran. But his character never appears, we just presume he was on the planet or already dead, one or the other.

Uh, I hate to break it to you, but every actor sucked in the Star Wars prequels. Acting in front of a blue screen, with crap dialogue, an awful plot and bad direction.

thank you. the episode when he died on NYPD blue alone is fantastic. that person who said he is a crap actor probablyt hinks paris hilton and britney can sing.

I enjoyed Smits in Star Wars because it was refreshing to see some diversity. Why must we cast pale skinny Brits in all sci fi shows???????
