Topless photo of her in Anthony Keidis' book Scar Tissue

I was reading Anthony's biography, Scar Tissue, and was surprised to see a topless photo of Ione Skye (holding Anthony), take back in 1987. Judging from the date, I'd say she was 15 or 16 years old. Sup with that?

I think it's a very beautiful picture too.
Said '87 or '88 under the picture, so she could be all from 16 to 18.
