It really is something how much they resemble each other, and I have thought so since I first saw Rufus some years ago, having followed McShane's career since the 60's. I have one photo of them together which was taken a couple of years ago when McShane was doing 'The Homecoming' on Broadway. They should definitely play father and son in something. Interestingly, they will be in the upcoming 'Pillars of the Earth' TV mini-series together (but not as relatives).

Yes, there is a resemblance between Rufus and a young Ian McShane! I'm a fan of both!
