He would make a great
Edward Rochester in Jane Eyre. He's talk, dark, handsome, and can brood very well. In The Taming of the Shrew, there are a few scenes where his character reminds me a lot of the Rochester from the 2006 Jane Eyre.

shareI completely agree!!
shareI think he would make a perfect Lovejoy. When I seen him on Eleventh Hour I thought maybe he was Ian Mcshanes son he looked so much like him.
shareGood point! :) He'd be a great Rochester! Though I think Rochester would be a whole lot less crazy than Petruchio, lol.
shareI was thinking of opening a new thread about him as a new Rochester, and here I find this!!
I think he would be a great Mr. Rochester, I mean Toby Stevens is the best one so far, that I just don't want to see another one playing it - strangely I wouldn't mind to see Rufus in the new adaptation.
Heathcliff, Hamlet, Macbeth, Vronsky, perhaps one of the Karamazovs too.
