This certainly isn't a great revelation, but when she was on "The Avengers", Diana Rigg was undoubtedly one of the 10 most beautiful women in the world!

I agree. She was certainly beautiful, but she brought a coolness
to her Emma Peel that was pretty groundbreaking. To me she was one
of the first real Femme Fatales. As far as the Avengers are concerned,
I think Steed and Mrs. Peel were the best combination by far.

I completely agree! All the other actors and actresses who tried to continue "The Avengers" simply never measured up to Steed and Mrs. Peel!

Yeah they had a chemistry together that no one was able to match.
Btw, I recently purchased the Emma Peel mega box dvd set. 17 discs,
which includes every episode that Macnee, and Rigg did together.
Excellent buy for any Avengers fan. I recommend it. Well worth the
money.

I have most of "The Avengers" episodes on VHS tapes. But I never hooked up the VHS player to my new TV. Maybe it's time to upgrade.
What did you think of "The Avengers" movie? I liked the casting, but it was a shame that the plot was just so damned stupid!

Real disapointed with the movie. Good cast, terrible plot.
Totally stupid movie in my book! They should have just
left it alone, after all who could do it better than
Patrick and Diana anyway?
