Too much makeup, bad lighting. She has better recent ones.

It's not up to actors and actresses to choose what picture goes on IMDb, idiot. IMDb chooses them.

Note the item with link just beside Kim's IMDb pic which says:
"Represent Kim Richards? Add or change photos"

It's pretty obvious.
