Kim was sooo HOT as a teen/20s...one question...

I remember being 5 or 6 back in the late 70s and seeing Kim Richards on tv shows and films and just being like WOW! So adorable! She was amazingly hot in Meatballs 2 (as bad as that film was, she made it enjoyable).

My question is about,(I think it was) a television appearance she made in the late 70's. I was very young so It's kinda hazy. I recall Kim as a young girl having just bought some ice cream from an ice cream truck. After she walks away with her ice cream, these psychos go up to the ice cream truck and, I think, shoot the guy. Then the screen goes back to Kim and she looks at her ice cream and says something like "they gave me the wrong flavor." So she turns back and goes to the ice cream truck. She starts to tell the one psycho shooter (I guess thinking he was one of the ice cream workers) about the wrong flavor and he turns to her and shoots her dead.
I remembered this show/film because I was shocked as a kid to witness that. Being a kid, it was horrible to watch (even acting on tv) a kid getting shot. Plus, Kim was such a sweet looking girl, who'd have ever been sick enough to just shoot her? Psychos, I guess.
Anyway, blah blah blah, does anyone remember the name of this show/episode/film whatever? I'm just curious what it was. Thanks.
