Has there been an official medical report to this effect? Or is it one of those nebulous reports to obfuscate the story?

Sometimes new outlets lie or exacerbate false propaganda, but there is no reason whatsoever for them to do it outside of the sociopolitical domain. You're basically insinuating that somebody in the family is trying to sweep some kind of embarrassing secret under a metaphorical rug. That's very abrasive.

You have no evidence of that. Only an autopsy can reveal cause of death. Could have been medicinal suicide for all you know.

and even if sadness can cause death it wouldn't be from a broken heart it would be from stress which leads to a heart attack or depression which leads to a heart attack.
