He, Bruno Kirby, and Joe Pesci Do Make An Awesome Team

He does sound a lot like Joe Pesci and Bruno Kirby, even though Pesci is from Jersey and Kirby is from New York City (Penn is from California). All of them do make an awesome team because they're both Italian.

Penn's character in Beethoven's 2nd does give off a Harry Lyme vibe due to how similar they sound.
