Aren't Peet's 15 Minutes Up Yet?

It just goes to prove that if you have a good agent you can keep even a "stale" career going. For a person like Peet whose career peaked in the movie "The Whole Nine Yards" when she showed her tits.

Amanda; your Hollywood privledges have been revoked!!!!!!!!!!!

Ummmm I guess its been a very busy 15 minutes...since Amanda Peet has been in quite a few hit movies.
High Crimes
Igby Goes Down- Her best role yet
Changing Lanes
Identity
Syriana- The female lead in a huge cast
Somethings Gotta Give- This alone bought her 5 more years

Ok I will concede that she has had some bad movies and some huge bombs, but to say that she has been riding off that one role is unfair.

I think she is doing great with all these movies (the x files, 2012 ...) she is a great actress I hope she has a long carrer! :)
NEVE CAMPBELL - KYLE GALLNER

Frankly I was wondering the same thing. However, it looks like she has a fab publicist, and the $461 ++ million Box office from '2012' probably means she'll be around for at least another 20 minutes of fame.

Amanda is the cover girl for this month's (Dec 2009) SELF magazine; more than two pages of script plus a great pic of Amanda with her hunky yet intellectual-looking hubby, David Benior, and her beautiful little girl, a toddler. Her leettle bebe, 'Frankie,' is so pretty she looks like she was on loan from Central Casting, as the bebe looks waayy too much like a tiny Brooke Shields.

In SELF magazine, Amanda talks about what a frnkly lousy mother she is, and how she and Sarah Paulson have had this very long term, passionate relationship and that they do a lot together, including spin class and pilates. 'So if her bebe is a bit neglected,' she says, "so what?. " What is important is for Frankie to have 'strong female role models in her life and a very independent Mother.'

Analysis: 'a lot of strong female role models,' + 'Sarah Paulson,' + passionate long-term relationships with women...all of this spells....butch on wheels. (Not necessarily a criticism, basically this is just a tip of the hat to her fab publicist and fantastic agent. KUDOS to you).
