This episode of the Shirley Temple Storybook involved the telling of the tale of Rapunzel, a young lady like Samson who never cut her hair after a witch took her from her crib in exchange for a sprig of rampian weed. Carol Lynley was a beautiful Rapunzel and Don Dubbins a most dashing prince.
The second thing is Agnes Moorehead as the witch. Years before she was Endora, she was a really wicked witch that gave little kids and big kids, big nightmares across the nation. Don Dubbins was a brave prince indeed to assault that tower and rescue Lynley from Moorehead.
