I like her a lot in movie like Rounders. But, are her nips fake?
I mean, they always look perky when she showed them in the movies. You can say those were professional acting in those nude scenes, but there is also the fact that a lot of hollywood actresses and high-class women are using fake nips.
Any answer or rumor?

I think there’s a very real chance that many nude scenes involve cosmetic nipple alteration. Some of it is the actress, some of it is maybe story driven, some of it may be just giving the audience what they expect, that the actress is supposed to have great nipples.
I’d guess color and size enhancement of the areola is the first. Coloration seems likely for the same reason the whole cast has makeup applied to begin with, for skin tone and not looking washed out. Overly pale skin can get darkened, you can make them bigger or more even, you might even achieve an optical illusion of more prominent nipples. All this is easy, non permanent and some of the basic stage makeup might be applied anyway for photography.
Actual nipple enhancement seems like it would be less common but not impossible. They work miracles with FX makeup and it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a makeup guy with a mold library of nipples ready. Plus not every actress has “great” nipples — inversion, flat, scars, whatever.
My guess is most actresses who feel like they need nipple improvement get cosmetic surgery.
