Real reason her career went downhill, affair with Harvey Weinstein.

A well known fact about her around Hollywood is her affair with Miramax studio boss Harvey Weinstein and rumor has it that was because of him that she got that famous with Vanity Fair magazine but from what everyone saying she made too many demands on him and he blackballed her from getting certain jobs around Hollywood.

I'm surprise there not more mention of that on here, it's one of the worst kept secret in Hollywood.

Its fairly well known that the road to success goes through Harvey Weinstein's bedroom. I'm sure many have taken that route.

I never heard that. I doubt this is true since both here parents were well established in the biz, so why would she need to do the casting couch thing?

People sometimes have this odd attitude that if an actor isn't an a lister or at least somewhat well known they are failing.

If you work steadily, even if its TV and smaller roles most of the time, you are killing it as an actor. Most of them can't make a living doing it full time.
