Happily married? Maybe not. (And Tea Leoni is very cool, in my opinion.)
They're still together, so I'd still say happily married.
Besides, insinuating that Natascha's having an affair with David, being pregnant and just 3 months after her husband's death is even more offensive.

I don't know how happy I'd be if my husband were to go into rehab for sex addiction, then have my publicist make a public announcement about it, giving rise to all kinds of jokes, rumors, etc.
I like them both, and if the guy goes into rehab, great. But why make the reason public? I heard he's addicted to Internet porn--yuck! They had no obligation to make the reason he went into rehab public. What about "exhaustion"? I may be wrong about this, but it's the way I see it.
Every couple has got problems. Some people are addicted to alcohol, some to sex. He might have problems, but that doesn't mean that their marriage is unhappy. They've been together for several years, have 2 children, and Tea supports him in this 'recovery' or whatever you call it. To me, he is happily married.
