This genius gave us Jacob’s Ladder and Fatal Attraction, and other gems like 9 1/2 Weeks and Flashdance - we need masters like this making great movies, showing the kids how it’s done, either in the cinema or on Netflix, but the guy hasn’t worked since 2002.
It’s maddening watching Hollywood churn out endless shit while brilliant filmmakers like Adrian Lyne and Martin Brest are sitting on the sidelines.
