Forgot how funny he was in 3rd Rock

Haven't seen it in years but it showed up on Netflix so I'm working my way through it. Jane Curtain was a wonderful foil for him. She had to keep switching between being the sane one yet fascinated by the insane person in front of her.

This positively infantile preoccupation with bosoms!Terry-Thomas about US 1963.Hasnt changed much!

Mary was so incredibly flawed herself, I loved that about her. They had such a great chemistry. I've been watching it also. Season 3 right now and I've been cracking up many many times. It's rare that I don't dislike even one character on a show.

I was a fan during the original run and am mid-binge watch on Netflix. 3rd Rock was flawless.

Most of today's sitcoms have to rely on a message or a feel good moment that encapsulates the episode. It's so refreshing that a family show just plays for laughs without being overtly didactic or sentimental.
