Because no villain after him ever lived up to his amazing performance! Season 4 was just incredible and it kind of went downhill after, sadly.

I agree.. season 4 was the best.. wishes he would have been spared from Dexter's code. I cried when he had to die. Fantastic actor!!

I dont think any Dexter fan would disagre with that, the show kind of lost his path after that and the last villain was one of the worst i dont even remember the name of the character
