Academy Awards Winner's Walk

I recently took a class trip to Los Angeles and we met with the general manager of the Kodak Theater. He took us on a tour few people rarely see, including winner's walk. Winner's walk is where Oscar winners go after they leave the stage unless they need to wait for another award-it is a small hallway up on the 3rd floor I believe that leads to the connecting hotel where the press is waiting.

Anyways, in the main hallway part there are probably 20 pictures total from the beginning of the Oscars, all of notable winners. These pictures are permanent fixtures, and then there are more recent ones (ex. of Tom Hanks, etc.) set up on easels the rest of the way.

CLORIS' PICTURE IS ONE OF THE PERMANENT ONES!!!!

I was so excited by this since I have met her, being born and raised in Des Moines myself, and having attended the same high school :) If only i'd joined her sorority, we'd be sisters, too.
