The other day my fiancé and I (whom I may be considering dumping) got in a little heated argument about who the bigger movie star was/is between Angelina Jolie and Sandra Bullock.
She told me that Sandra was/is the bigger star and I laughed then told her she was crazy and out of her mind because there is no way she would believe that. Anyway do we all agree that Angelina Jolie is clearly the bigger star?

These networth speculations are always way off... It is often the sum of their paychecks, a very poor way to estimate wealth.

Jolie has had very few hit films and fewer memorable ones, she's more famous for her private life than her acting. She's the modern Liz Taylor, more famous for being famous than for her acting.
Looking back over her filmography, I'm a little surprised to see how few of Angelina's films were actually hits. But you're right, there aren't a ton of big hits. That's not to say that there aren't several good movies on the list--there are--but she has been less of a hit-maker than I had thought.
