Pitt wants joint custody

But a source tells PEOPLE Pitt will not likely accept sole custody, as "sole custody for either of them doesn't seem like what's best for the children."

"Brad thinks Angelina is a great mother," the insider says. "But he is also a great father. There is no way he is going to be absent for any part of his kids' .
lives."

I have to agree with him on this . Its better for the Children not to be separated from one of the parents.

But Pitt is scared to death to lose custody.

Expect an amicable divorce where he gets joint custody but she dictates the rules.

It will be amicable. All he wants is joint custody and I think she will end up given that to him "under her rules". Yes Money is out of question. They have more Money then probably all the members of this forums

I predict it definitely won't be amicable and she will win sole custody because she has something serious on him. He's playing a Pr game right now because he doesn't want to appear like he doesn't care- once this hoopla dies down it will end and Angelina will get her kids. His behavior when he is drunk is definitely dangerous and he probably doesn't remember being taped by his kids.

Very hard to separate a parent from joint custody. Currently it is not illegal to drink alcohol in the US.

If she had him arrested for public intoxication or a DUI that is a potential gotcha moment but i've not read any public record of an arrest.

If she called family services for inadequate supervision (due to intoxication) the investigation would be private but generally they put the parent in a 6 month or 1 year supervised visitation that gradually becomes less involved. Sole custody without a probation period is spectacularly rare without an actual arrest.

thanks. She will have Physical Custody and both will have Joint Custody.

I can see this happening. Of course the older kids will probably have more of a say in with which parent they want to stay with...Plus a judge will look at the kids as one unit. They will not separate them saying you three can stay with mom and you three can stay with dad.

what Jordie?

I heard on the news she wants sole custody because she doesn't like hiw he parents. But I tend not to believe anything I don't here directly from the source.
