Out of 'Left of the Middle' (1997), 'White Lillies Island' (2001) & 'Counting down the days' (2005)
My fave is & always will be 'LOTM' for the amazing songs 'Torn', 'Left of the Middle' & 'Smoke', these songs would even outshine the singles from Alanis Morissette's 'Jagged Little Pill' album.

shareI agree. I love "smoke" it is one of the best songs i have heard-the lyrics are amazing, talkin of lyrics they are pretty cool in "that day" too. I think she co-writes her songs which makes her even better!

My favorite is White Lillies Island because it reflects what Natalie was feeling at the time. You're right it can be depressing but I can relate to it. I love all her albums but White Lillies Island is my favorite.
shareWhite Lilies Island was always my favourite - all the songs on there meant something very personal to Natalie at the time and I find it so nice that she could actually record and write down her feelings and make them into something so productive.
I found the whole album a lot more diverse than the other two, she dealt with a lot on the second album and lyrically it's quitr stunning.
