try drawing a little mustache on him, it would be oscar bait, whether as a main character or supporting in some kind of historical/war film.

Ciaran is too tall. But he would have the right "look".
jpowell, I agree, Bruno Ganz was amazing. Anthony Hopkins did a pretty good Hitler, as well.

Agreed with jpowell: Bruno Ganz's Hitler was superb.
Also, Ciarán doesn't have the right body type. Or the face for that matter. I just don't see it.
Stalin would probably be a better role for him and less done to death in cinema.

There is already a great performance of Hitler, Bruno Ganz.
Ciaran is a great actor, I'm sure he can handle any role, but not Hitler please, wouldn't do him any good in his career.
