as for her pre-Grey's Anatomy films, I don't think any of them are rom coms.

Those are the few that I could remember.

She also did Roswell which was about Aliens, but that was a TV series on the WB.

Knocked up, the killers, and one for the money ARE rom-coms. Knocked Up just does it better.

Also, Jackie and Ryan. There's love in it, but it's not what I would call romantic and it's definitely not comedic. I find it a really well made film.
