Richard Harris was a much better actor than michael gambon but he is certainly a nicer person than Richard Harris. Does anyone know why dumbledore shouted when harry's name came out of the goblet of fire and he said: HARRY POTTER!

Do or did you know both...Richard Harris and Michael Gambon? Why are you so certain that Mr Gambon is the nicer person? Or is it only because of Mr Harris' reputation he has gotten from the yellow press?
If you don't know both actors in person be careful with judgement about their characters.

What makes you say that Michael Gambon a nicer person than Richard Harris? I must say I prefered Richard Hariss' Dumbledore. He seemed to capture that ethereal glow that Dumbledore had. He was exactly how I pictured the Dumbledore in the books to be. Calm, wise, intellectual and extremely gifted without letting on so.

I LOVED RICHARD HARRIS AS DUMBBLEDORE, he was absolutely
perfect, now this guy who is doing it now, Micheal Gambon is it, he is just no good, he may be a great actor( i wouldn't know) but here he just isn't right.
He doesn't give off this energy of power, and stregnth like Richard did.
