That is Anthony Michael Hall in those (Target? Old Navy?) Christmas Ads?

I just love the recent holiday ads for (Target? Old Navy?) featuring Chevy Chase
and Beverly D'Angelo. I went by so quickly, I thought that I saw Anthony
Michael Hall along with one (or more) actors who played the same role in
different "Vacation" films.

Also, who were the small children at the end of the ad supposed to be and/or
represent? Does anyone know?
