Looks and sounds a lot like Anthony Bourdain

Every time I see him he reminds me of the late Anthony Bourdain. Even his voice is similar. Anybody noticed?

From hip counter-culture actor of the late '60s and '70s, he has become a fuddy-duddy old dude. He now reminds me more of Edward Everett Horton.

The one-armed man from "The Fugitive" (Andreas Katsulas) also sounds/looks like both of them.
