Not a nice person

I live in L.A and I've witnessed first hand Peter Fonda not being nice to fans. When someone approaches him to compliment him on his work he acts as if they're violating his space and taking up his time. Basically he's not nice or patient to "ordinary" people who he doesn't have time for who appreciate his work.

I don't really think that's a good indication of whether someone is a nice person or not. Maybe he's just a private guy.

So? Your point? Judging from the quality of popular music and Hollywood lately, I sometimes wish it was 1969.
