Well duh ya think. And if none of her friends and manager has stepped up to help her with her possible eating disorders I would say none of them are friends at all. She has been thin all her acting career life. She has issues just liking herself and with a personality like hers and then Hollywood this = death at an early age more then likely. She looks like a different person now and she should just go and do a name change too because she looks nothing like she use to at all. Nothing. Its like watching some Twilight Zone show where everyone was getting the plastic surgery and they all looked a like.
