I sobbed all the way through Greys tonight. ...spoilers!

I love that they made Derek a hero in his last ever Greys episode. I love that got him to talk about Meredith was the love of his life and I love... and at the same time loathe that they then killed him off with a series of very human mistakes. One of which was his. On the very off chance he reads these boards.... you will be greatly missed. Your character of Derek on Greys will be horribly missed and I will cry for hours all the way through next week. Thankyou...and thankyou for now pussying out and just being written off in an open ender. This was traumatic to watch but felt to me like a real honourable way to end his life in the show. Good luck with the racing. ..stay safe, win often, smile always.

Incorrect...while ending the character of Derek Shepherd was the only way to exit PD from the show, the writing was piss-poor! And, to make matters worse, the writer of this episode was the one and unfortunately only, Shonda Rimes.
A woman who created this show can't find the respect for an actor such as PD to make his exit one for all of us to remember?! She "phoned" that script in and showed a complete lack of respect for the show, the acotrs, and gave a big slap in the face to the people who are responsible for her having a job and a successful show(s) on television...US (the fans)! Thoughts on that now?

I'm not incorrect at all.. I have a difference of opinion. This week's was terrible but his final episode in My opinion was brilliant. I'm interested in seeing how they recover from this shockingly bad double episode. I was disappointed but last week was excellent.

What happened to his Christmas movie, Mission:S.O.P.? He is no longer listed for that role...:(
