Guess it depends on your personal taste (and if you're a guy, that explains it). But in my book he's pretty damn good looking, even if he is about twenty years older than me.

In his youth back the 80s. He was kind of ugly with that nose of his. Now he had grown into that nose of his. Patrick is cute now. He like wine, he gets better with age. But I wouldn't fall all over myself for him either. I can say he look lot better then he did in 80s.

He doesn't look like Brad Pitt, Heath Ledger or Leonardo DiCaprio, but I will say that he somethimes looks pretty sexy with his hair pushed back. And he has a sexy aura. But I know many guys who are worse looking than Patrick Dempsey and the girls still goes crazy for them.
