It is quite obvious he has had work done on his nose.
I think he looked fine before the nose job, and he looks fine now. Who ever his doctor was, they did a good job.
Some people go too far and end up looking like plastic surgery disasters (i.e. the Cat Lady). I think Patrick Dempsey got the right amount of work done, and if it makes him happy, then that is all that matters, it is his body after all.

shareDon't know if he had work done or not but I think if he did have work done he needs to get a refund. It is crooked, large with a bump so that leads me to believe he hasn't had it fixed. There are so many actors that get way to much work done - no doubt.
shareHis nose has changed but it wasn't a nose job. He's broke it quite a few times so it's been fixed quite a few times...hence it being crooked. I have no idea why people think he had a nose job...why would he pay for his nose to be crooked??
