sharePersonally I like guys with prominent features.. it looks more manly to me. I don't like the cookie cutter Brad Pitt types... to me Patrick is MILES ahead in attractiveness than people like Brad or Justin Bieber. He is more manly looking.

shareI agree. This guy is totally overhyped, never saw the appeal either. Don't find him attractive at all. He got lucky with Grey's, that's all. He can't seem to carry a movie. His last one was a flop. He sounds like a jerk too.
