I was just surfing the net and I found it on msn.com. I almost didn't believe that was a real picture. I thought someone had photoshopped the tiara on his head.

I think that was taken during the filming for Jughead. I remember seeing a picture somewhere of both Jeremy and Ken Leung (Miles) wearing tiaras and Rebecca Mader (Charlotte) and Nestor Carbonel (Richard) laughing.
