this actor reminds me so much of someone but I can't figure it out

Part of it is the way he talks. He doesn't remind me of Orlando Bloom, or Neil Patrick Harris, or Kurt Cobain - I saw those listed on here. It's someone else. This is so frustrating.

I just watched "Up at the Villa" and I thought how he reminds me of an actor Tom Sturridge

Without the facial hair I think he looks a lot like Billy Crudup.

I just rewatched Secretary, and the first time I saw him in that I thought he was Corey Feldman, and upon viewing it again, I still think he looks a lot like him.
