I've been a fan of his for a long time (first saw him in The Locusts), and I've always found him oddly attractive, charming, believable, and entertaining. Any time I see him pop up in something (currently watching Constantine), I get super excited!

So I am finally watching Justified, and you are right-- he is incredible in this!
