Whats up with her plastic face?

She had Botox done several years ago, sometime after "Friends" (which ended in 2004) and before "Cougar Town" (which started in '09). She's talked about it publicly and said that she regrets it. I wish she hadn't done it either because she looked so pretty naturally but no one is perfect and everyone does something in their life at some point than they regret. Much as she doesn't look as pretty as she used to (sorry to say,) I more than anything else have sympathy for her for feeling the need to do it.

Botox several years ago can't be right. Doesn't Botox go away after a while and has to be redone? She looks like she has a weekly appointment at the plastic surgeon's for whatever they can give her.
