Cosby to sue
According to TMZ News Bill Cosby will be suing Montgomery Country; and considering we know that he was never supposed to have been tried in the first place he is almost certain to win.

If Cosby is successful, it won't be because he didn't rape anyone, it's because of prosecutor misconduct.

60 women didn't accuse him of rape. Only like 8 of them did.. The rest accused him of sexual misconduct.. Which are things like he made them feel uncomfortable or made lude comments towards them. And of those eight or so women at least six of them are known to have lied including Janice Dickinson who said that she made the whole thing up to sell books.. You all need to study this case.

HE WASN'T FALSELY ACCUSED...HE WAS INCORRECTLY TRIED IN COURT.
shareHe was falsely accused.. And wrongfully convicted. She also admitted on camera to taking the benadryl that Cosby gave her of her own free will. If you actually followed that case you would know that Constand changed her story over and over again. She also continued to have a relationship with Cosby after the alleged incident. She also tried to get him to give her tickets to his later show for her parents. Again all of this after she was supposedly raped. Now what victim do you know acts like that with the man who raped her?

shareMany of those other 59 women's stories go all the way back to the 60's and 70's when qualuuds was the drug of choice to raise folks sex drive prescribed by Cosby's doctor. The ones that Cosby had he kept for women who REQUESTED them before sex. That is what he admitted to in the deposition.. That is pretty much what goes on today with women requesting marijuana before sex and guys getting it for them.. Even some of the women admitted to willingly taking the pills. They all immediately started coming out saying that Cosby drugged and raped them after Gloria Allred tried to extort $100 million dollars from Mr. Cosby. Truth is that most of those accusations was so long ago that the statute of limitations had expired.. None of his accusers had ever gone to the authorities and there really is no way to tell who is telling the truth. That is why most all attorney's you ask will tell you that there was not enough evidence to convict Cosby; and why Richard Steele had to violate both the Constitution and Cosby's rights in order to get him convicted in the first place. The channel of the video I posted in this thread has numerous videos on the whole Cosby deal including his accusers, you should check them out for yourself.
shareExcellent posts. I'll have to check to see if I saw these videos before. During the case, I followed it as close as I could and came to the same conclusions. Stop thinking of them as '60 women raped by cosby' and look at their individual stories and they fall apart. Janice Dickenson changed her story multiple times. The one from the Tonight show that claimed he just walked in out of nowhere and exposed himself right in her face and she couldn't fight it off even though there are no records the two were ever on the show together. That Cloe one who said he assaulted her at the Playboy mansion even though there are records showing he was halfway around the county when she claimed it happened. A bunch of them were 'he bumped into me at a party and I was uncomfortable' or he tried to kiss me and I fought him off (I guess every man who tries to kiss a woman should be arrested now?). it all was an absolute joke and it makes me sad when people site these "60 women!" with no understanding of the facts of the case.
